This Chicken Pepper Rice Skillet is one of those easy meals my family always looks forward to. It is colorful, flavorful, and packed with tender chicken, peppers, and seasoned rice in every bite.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring often, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

    Add the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp, then stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
