My home classic popcorn, always popular with the family.
Put medium large stainless steel pot on the hob, turn heat to 6/10
Add liberal amount of butter
Pour kernels in so you cover the bottom (1 kernel deep)
Add more butter until the melted butter covers the kernels
Grind as much black pepper as you can over the melting butter and stir around
Put cover on pot
Wait until it starts popping and shake the pan in a circular motion
Keep shaking, but the kernels should all pop within 1-2 minutes of each other
Add salt
