Toby's Favourite Chicken Burgers
Delicious homemade chicken burgers with a crispy cornflake coating.

Bash 2 chicken breasts between cling film to flatten out slightly, stab with a fork and season with a lot of chicken seasoning.

Whisk one medium egg in a bowl.

Crush 40g cornflakes in a bowl and add the same chicken seasoning.

Dip the chicken breasts one at a time into the egg and then into the cornflakes.

Air fry for 18 minutes at 180 degrees turning half way and adding a little cheese for the last minute.

Toast your buns lightly and assemble with light mayo, gerkins and shredded lettuce.
