• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (preferably raw, unfiltered with “the mother”) • Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tablespoon) • 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt or sea salt (a pinch is about 1/8 teaspoon) • 1/4 cup warm water (just enough to dilute the acidity slightly)
