Instructions
Take 1 effervescent tablet dissolved in a glass of water, daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. Daily magnesium requirements are increased during periods of high activity and rigorous exercise, dosage should be increased during these periods. Ingredients
Each effervescent tablet contains 172 mg Elemental Magnesium, 150mg Vitamin C and Sweeteners. (Sodium Saccharin, Acesulfame K) and Colourant E122.
