Traditionally Slow Churned Butter in Small Batches for a Fresh and Delicate Flavour. The cream used in crafting our butter is slowly cultured for a minimum of 12 hours, resulting in a velvety texture and developing aromas. It is then churned using our time-honored tradition. The rich buttercup color serves as a testament to the lushness of the normandy pastures.
